What this skill does
Builds a 3x3 (or 5x5) matrix comparing your features against 2-4 direct competitors. Identifies gaps, redundancies and the 3 real points of differentiation — not the ones invented for a deck.
When to use
- Before locking in landing copy
- Before a pitch deck (competitive landscape slide)
- When you need to decide what to cut from the roadmap
How it works
- You list your features and the 2-4 competitors (URLs)
- The skill extracts their features via web search or the description you provide
- For each feature it marks: ✓ has it, ~ partial, ✕ missing
- Identifies 3 of their gaps that you cover (real differentiation)
- Identifies 3 of their features that you do NOT have (defensive gap)
- Suggests 1-2 features to drop from your roadmap (redundancy)
