What this skill does
Takes qualitative NPS responses (50-500 responses as CSV or text) and returns 3-5 actionable thematic clusters. For each cluster: severity, a representative quote, a suggested action, and how many respondents match the theme.
When to use
- After a quarterly NPS collection
- Before planning the roadmap
- When the average NPS moved and you don't know why
How it works
- You paste CSV or text with score + comment (minimum 50 entries)
- The skill splits promoters (9-10), passives (7-8), detractors (0-6)
- In each bucket, it identifies 3-5 recurring themes
- For each theme: severity (1-5), verbatim quote, % of respondents, action
- Suggests the 3 themes that weigh most on the NPS movement
- Flags the 'gold' quotes to use on a landing page or as testimonials
