    WORKS IN
    CLAUDEany setup

Pure-LLM skill. No MCP, no paid tool required. Works on Claude.ai web, desktop and Claude Code.

    WORKS BEST WITH
    • Filesystemoptional

reads standups from ~/standups/<YYYY-WW>.md automatically — no pasting 5 days of text

    • GitHub MCPoptional

cross-checks claimed wins against PRs merged + issues closed that week — flags drift between standup talk and real code

    What this skill does

Takes 5 standups from the week (messy is fine) and synthesizes them into a narrative you can share with an investor, board or partner. Consolidated wins, real blockers (not fake ones), and what happened to the week's plan.

    What you get

    • A 1-page narrative (not a raw bullet list)
    • 3 real wins (not vanity)
    • 1-2 blockers that matter (not 'waiting on feedback')
    • The comparison: what the plan was vs what happened
    • An open question at the end (signals where you want help)

    When to use

    • Weekly, for the investor update
    • Biweekly, for the board update
    • Monthly, for a remote partner / co-founder

    Don't use for:

    • The daily internal standup (git log + Linear is enough)
    • Quarterly review (bigger scale)

    How it works

    1. You paste 5 standups (raw text, any format)
    2. The skill spots patterns: anything that came back on 3+ days = real blocker
    3. Filters out noise (internal meetings, waiting on feedback)
    4. Compares against the plan stated on Monday (if you shared it)
    5. Builds a narrative in prose, no buzzwords
    6. Ends with 1 open question to steer the conversation

    Output example

    Marfin update — Week 18 (May 12-16)

    Plan (Monday)
Ship the paid pack with PIX checkout and 4 skills in the catalog.

    How it went
Pack shipped Wednesday (1 day late). PIX checkout worked
end-to-end with AbacatePay in devmode. The webhook returned a
wrong signature for 2 days until we found the doc mentions a
public key nobody reads (gotcha documented).

    Wins
    - 4 skills published in the catalog (seo-quickaudit, linkedin-postmortem,
      cnpj-dossie, keyword-opportunity), with SEO + dynamic sitemap
    - Pack Agência Digital R$ 497 with the full PIX flow tested
    - Mobile checkout fix (the QR screen was breaking under 768px)

    Real blockers
    - An outdated Vercel CLI kept me from pushing env vars myself. Ivan
had to paste them into the dashboard by hand — friction, but solved.

    Open question
Do we prioritize: (a) the Slack integration prospects keep asking
for, (b) 5 more solo-founder skills, or (c) starting Supabase for
purchases in an audit log? Each takes ~1 week. Decide on Tuesday?
