    What this skill does

Structures your weekly review as a solo founder. 6 short prompts that capture only what matters: wins, losses, pending decisions, next week's focus, uncovered risks, energy.

    The 6 prompts

    • Wins of the week: 3 things that moved the needle
    • Losses: 1-2 things that didn't land. Why?
    • Pending decisions: what is stuck waiting on a call from you?
    • Next week's focus: 1 thing, written in 1 sentence
    • Uncovered risks: what can go wrong that nobody is watching?
    • Energy: a 1-10 score and what is draining it

    When to use

    • Every Friday at 5pm (or Sunday morning)
    • Before closing the laptop for the weekend
    • Before sending an investor update

    Don't use it for:

    • Daily standup (use daily-standup-synth)
    • Quarterly review (bigger scale)

    How it works

    1. The skill asks 1 question at a time (it doesn't dump all 6 on you)
    2. For every vague answer, it digs with 1 follow-up
    3. Detects patterns across weeks (e.g. 'recurring losses in sales')
    4. Ends with a 1-page summary + a file to paste into Notion
    5. Suggests the 2 questions to revisit next Friday

    Output example

    Weekly Review — Week 18/2026

    Wins
    1. Closed the first pack (R$ 497) with the Acme agency
    2. Cold email engine got 3 replies out of 50 sends (6%)
    3. Rewriting the landing hero lifted trial signups 22%

    Losses
    1. The Bolt demo was confusing, we lost to Acme.io
Why: didn't understand the CFO's real pain before showing features

    Pending decisions
    - Hire an SDR vs invest in paid ads (you've been pushing this for 3 weeks)
    - Raise Pro price from R$ 49 to R$ 89

    Focus for week 19
"Validate willingness-to-pay for Pro Plus at R$ 89 with 10 prospects"

    Uncovered risks
    - The Postgres backup hasn't been tested in the last 30d
    - No named person to answer support outside business hours

    Energy: 6/10
Draining it: bills to pay, free-tier support tickets

    Pattern of the week
3 of the last 4 weekly reviews had a loss on a product demo.
Hypothesis: the problem is the demo, not the lead. To investigate.

    Next Friday, revisit
    1. Did the new demo happen? Won or lost?
    2. Is the SDR decision settled?

    Pre-reqs
